Our refunds are valid for 7 days, which means that we will not accept a refund if your purchase is older than 7 days!
If you wish to return a product, your product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned: food, flowers, lingerie, newspapers, magazines and other perishable items that are not returnable, as well as dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:

2. Refunds
After your product is returned, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned product and if your refund has been accepted.
If you are eligible and approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible and the funds will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within a specific business day.
3. Promotional Gifts
Only regularly priced products are eligible for return. Promotional priced products are not returnable.

We will only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to make changes to the same product.
5. Shipping
If you wish to return a product, the shipping costs will be paid by you. Refunds do not include shipping costs. In addition, depending on where you live, the arrival time of the item you are exchanging may vary.
For larger shipments, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This is because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
