1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to the high demand for our products, we endeavour to get them to you within 3-7 days!
2. What if I find the same product at a lower price elsewhere?
If you find our products sold elsewhere at a lower price than in our shop, we will match that price. We want our customers to have the best possible experience with our products. However, we will not match the price of a discount retailer! Because there are many reasons for low prices, we will not send you a low quality product at a lower price, it would be a loss for both of us!
3. How do I change or cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. However, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been placed.
4. What if I enter the wrong email address?
Please contact us so that we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address, but we cannot change your order.

If you receive an incorrect, missing and/or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of the parcel, please include your order number, product photos and all relevant references. Upon review, we will replace, exchange or refund the item as soon as possible!
